Dr. Ho Chye Kok is an author, a storyteller, a researcher and a senior academic at Swinburne Sarawak. He advocates disruptive innovation in the education space where digital learning technologies are deployed not simply to teach more, but to teach better. His philosophy is “I teach less in order that students may learn more”.
Dr. Ho believes in a journey wherein he lives a practitioner’s life in the swamps across geographical boundaries in culturally-diverse settings. He was a Vice-President of Human Resource at JP Morgan, Global Head of Human Resource of government-linked Singapore Technologies Industrial, Regional Director of Reward Management and Director of Human Resource Management for Seagate Technology International.
Dr. Ho was educated at Cambridge University England in Computer Speech and Language Processing, and at Melbourne University Australia he pursued Organisation Learning and Knowing. Dr. Ho is also an elected Fellow of the Cambridge Commonwealth Society, United Kingdom.
